    Job Title



    We are seeking a highly skilled Advertising Performance Specialist to drive the success of our Shop Ads business in TikTok Shop Germany. As the central expert for campaign optimization and strategic development, you will work closely with top-spending sellers to scale their ad performance.



    Key Responsibilities:



    • Campaign Optimization: Act as the primary ads expert for top-spending TikTok Shop sellers, driving performance through continuous campaign optimization.

    • Campaign Scaling: Audit, structure, and scale Shop Ads campaigns across formats (Live/Shoptab/Video).

    • Troubleshooting: Troubleshot complex campaign, attribution, and performance issues in close collaboration with product and operations teams.


    Qualifications:


    • A minimum 3+ years' experience in hands-on performance marketing / paid social / marketplace advertising.
    • Detailed practical knowledge of campaign setup, budgeting, scaling of ad budgets.
