Responsibilities:

• Lead the battery technology team in developing innovative energy storage solutions tailored for automotive applications.
• Oversee battery design, testing, and validation processes to meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers and partners to support battery technology development initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to integrate battery systems into vehicle designs and ensure seamless integration with other components.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Previous experience in leading large-sized teams and in related technical fields is an advantage.
• Proficient in English and German, with the ability to communicate effectively in a professional setting.
• Familiarity with lithium-ion, solid-state, or other advanced battery technologies used in electric vehicles.
