What you'll doAs a Videographer & Motion Designer (f/m/d) at nu3, you're responsible for:Exploring ideas to create conception, storyboarding, production and post-production of high-quality video contentDeveloping channel-specific video content for our performance marketing, website and social media channelsOverseeing creative tests and creation of new motion guidelines to ensure consistency across all channels and touchpointsCommunicating our brand values by conveying emotions through visual storytellingCreating exciting and entertaining content to inspire our audience and increase reachImplementing and overseeing creative tests and the creation of new guidelines and best practices as a baseline for future projectsDefining film technology and the studio equipmentsManaging multiple projects at once and communicating project prioritisation with team and stakeholdersWho you areYou have a Degree in cinematography, multimedia, motion design or an equivalent combination of experience and trainingYou have 2+ years of experience in a similar role and a strong portfolio showcasing a range of video projectsYou have a deep understanding of storyboarding, video editing, sound implementation, animation and color correctionYou are proficient in After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop, as well as camera operation, sound recording and studio lightingYou are a creative visual storyteller and conceptual thinker skills through moving imagesYou have an excellent eye for detail and a keen interest in digital trends, experience with AI video making is a plusYou have strong communication skills with history of driving projects independently with multiple stakeholdersYou are fluent in English to engage with all international colleagues, German proficiency is a big plusWhat we offerA permanent full-time position in one of the fastest growing MDAX companies that is on the way to transform the German pharmacy market for the digital ageHybrid work organisation with office and remote daysFlat hierarchies, short decision-making processes, direct communication, and a positive atmosphere with the possibility to contribute with your ideas and take on responsibility29 days paid vacation, 2 paid days off to support your social/charitable commitmentAnnual development budget, regular feedback rounds with your manager as an integral part of employee and performance development.
