    Technical Manager (Laboratory) – Hamburg

    Role Overview: We are seeking a full-time Technical Manager (m/f/d/x) for our Hamburg location. In this pivotal role, you will lead our laboratory operations, ensuring excellence in technical processes and fostering growth.

    Responsibilities:

    • Customer and Staff Relations: Cultivate and strengthen relationships with both customers and laboratory personnel.
    • Team Leadership: Take charge of the operational lab team, overseeing performance management.
    • Method Optimization: Develop and optimize analytical and laboratory methods.
    • Equipment Management: Be accountable for expanding and maintaining analyzers and the LIMS system.
    • Quality Assurance: Monitor the entire Quality Management/Quality Control (QM/QC) system in the laboratory, adhering to ISO 17025 standards.

    Your Profile:

    • Educational Background: Hold a degree in Applied Chemistry or an equivalent qualification.
    • Technical Acumen: Possess a strong technical understanding of the certification, inspection, and testing industry.
    • Expertise in Petroleum and Petrochemical Analysis: Demonstrate excellent knowledge in this field, including familiarity with DAkkS-accredited testing laboratories.
    • Language Skills: Fluent in both written and spoken German and English.
    • Experience: Bring experience in instrumental analysis, method implementation, and team leadership.
