- Our IT users can rely on your technicalsupport: Because you quickly and conscientiously classify, analyzeand process incoming requests
- You assistusers by telephone, remote software or ticket system
- In detail, you will check and eliminate faults anderrors for both clients (desktop, laptop, tablet, mobile devices)and applications (Office 365, Open Touch Conversation)
- You will also take care of user and rights management inMicrosoft Active Directory and Exchange, in SAP and other systems
- You prepare more complex requests andforward them to downstream specialist departments
- It almost goes without saying that you document yoursolutions using a knowledge database and collaborate with externalservice providers as required
- By the way:you work alternating shifts from Monday to Friday (6 am to 7 pm)
- You have learned your IT tradefrom the ground up, e.g. as an IT specialist for system integrationor application development
- You have alreadyworked in IT support, so you are experienced in working with aticket system (preferably ServiceNow)
- Youare technically confident in Microsoft Active Directory, Exchange,DFS, DHCP and print servers
- You areproficient in iOS, Windows 10 and 11, Office 365 and have basicknowledge of SAP
- It is clear that you canexpress yourself well both verbally and in writing, preferably alsoin English
