IT specialist as a helpdesk employee (m/f/d)

Challenges for joiners

• Our IT users can rely on your technicalsupport: Because you quickly and conscientiously classify, analyzeand process incoming requests
• You assistusers by telephone, remote software or ticket system
• In detail, you will check and eliminate faults anderrors for both clients (desktop, laptop, tablet, mobile devices)and applications (Office 365, Open Touch Conversation)
• You will also take care of user and rights management inMicrosoft Active Directory and Exchange, in SAP and other systems
• You prepare more complex requests andforward them to downstream specialist departments
• It almost goes without saying that you document yoursolutions using a knowledge database and collaborate with externalservice providers as required
• By the way:you work alternating shifts from Monday to Friday (6 am to 7 pm)

What's special about you

• You have learned your IT tradefrom the ground up, e.g. as an IT specialist for system integrationor application development
• You have alreadyworked in IT support, so you are experienced in working with aticket system (preferably ServiceNow)
• Youare technically confident in Microsoft Active Directory, Exchange,DFS, DHCP and print servers
• You areproficient in iOS, Windows 10 and 11, Office 365 and have basicknowledge of SAP
• It is clear that you canexpress yourself well both verbally and in writing, preferably alsoin English
• In general, you inspire thosearound you with your friendly, helpful manner, your team playerqualities and your organizational talent
