Über den BereichDer Bereich sucht zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine/n Programmleiter Mission Fixed-Wing (w/m/d) am Standort Fürstenfeldbruck.
Ihre Aufgaben
Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung von Mitarbeitenden und Führungskräften in hybridem Verantwortungsbereich über mehrere Standorte hinweg
Planen der strategischen Ausrichtung des Programmes unter Berücksichtigung der Unternehmens- und Bereichsstrategie
Durchführen der Kostenplanung, deren Umsetzung und Überwachung. Einleiten von Gegensteuerungsmaßnahmen beim Erkennen von Planabweichungen.
Vollumfängliche Verantwortung (Ownership) für Projekte und Budget.
Verantwortung für Projekte unter der Einbindung aller relevanten Schnittstellen
Verantwortung für die strategische Personalbedarfsentwicklung und Förderung der Mitarbeitenden
Personalplanung und -förderung/-qualifikation der direkt zugeordneten Mitarbeiter
Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung des fachlichen Know-Hows im Team
Verfolgen der Marktentwicklung und Trends zur Verbesserung des Services und ggf. Festlegung von Umsetzungsmaßnahmen
Vorantreiben der Entwicklung neuer marktorientierter Prozesse/Leistungen
Betreuen von Lieferanten, Partnern und Kunden auf relevanter Managementebene
Ihr Profil
Einschlägiges Hochschulstudium der Fachrichtung Luft- und Raumfahrttechnik, Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik o.ä.
Sehr langjährige Berufserfahrung (> 10 Jahre), vielseitig und davon langjährig einschlägig im Bereich Entwicklung und/oder Betrieb von Flugzeugen
Sehr tiefes Spezialwissen oder -können in der Planung und Durchführung von komplexen (Entwicklungs-)Projekten
Gute Kenntnisse in der Zusammenarbeit mit Entwicklungsbetrieben und der entsprechenden Zulassungsvorschriften (zivil und/oder militärisch)
Sehr gute Kenntnisse über die Organisation der Bundeswehr zwingend erforderlich sowie sehr gute Kenntnisse im Bereich des militärischen Beschaffungswesens
Kenntnisse von Standards und Normen (z.B. ARP 4754, RTCA DO-160 etc.)
Zertifizierte Weiterbildung im Projektmanagement (z.B. PMP)
Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse Wort und Schrift (mind. Level B2) und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse Wort und Schrift (mind. Level B2)
Gute Kenntnisse der Zulassungsvorschriften gem. EASA bzw. DEMAR sowie Kenntnisse des Regelverfahrens der PBN
Einen hohen Grad an Verantwortungsübernahme für direkte Beiträge zum Unternehmensergebnis
Akquiseerfahrung (Kaltakquise, Akquise bei Bestandskunden)
Erschließen neuer Geschäftschancen im Bereich bemannter und unbemannter Plattformen
Nachweisbare Erfolge in der Geschäftsentwicklung und Vertrieb
Erfahrung in der Leitung von Projektteams sowie die Kompetenz in den Bereichen Teamführung und Kommunikation und mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Leitung von Teams oder Abteilungen
Fundierte Erfahrung und Kenntnisse in der Verhandlung mit internen und externen Kunden/Partnern
