- Manage EU design center's schedule and budget for post-production R&D, aligning with MDR recertification expectations
- Conduct timely post-production risk reviews and maintain risk management reports in collaboration with cross-functional experts
- Maintain Design History Files and Risk Management Files, ensuring safety, performance, and compliance for recertification
- Coordinate change management with R&D experts, ensuring least-burdensome, on-budget, on-schedule, and well-documented processes
- Up to 20% travel (domestic and international) may be necessary
- Degree in natural sciences (biomedical, engineering, etc.)
- Fluent in English (spoken/written), proficient in German (B2)
- Residence in Berlin or its vicinity, with a permanent residency permit in Germany
- Previous experience in the medical industry, expertise in ISO, FDA, MDD, and regulatory compliance
- Demonstrated senior-level leadership, solid knowledge of surgical procedures and customer interface
- Strategic planning and implementation, proven ability to develop original, innovative solutions
- Creative problem solver with superior process management and presentation skills
