- Provide customers with outstanding service and educate them about the optimal use of Smoobu across multiple platforms including phone, email and chat
- Resolve customers' issues in a timely and effective manner
- Assessing and understanding the needs customers and recommend new processes, products, or services in line with customer expectations
- Contribute to our knowledge base and help center by creating email templates and articles for future use
- Channel customer feedback to the product team and shape the future of the Smoobu solution
- Think out of the box and proactively improve processes for you and your team
- +3 years of customer service experience with a track record of over-achieving quota
- Are a detail oriented people-person with outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Have a strong phone presence with excellent listening and presentation skills
- Have experience working with Zendesk or similar CRM as well as SaaS sales or travel tech is a plus
- High proficiency in Italian. Proficiency in a second European language, such as English, German, Spanish, French, Croatian, or Greek, at a professional level would be advantageous. We also welcome candidates with proficiency in other languages.
