  • As a Food & Beverage Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a high-quality dining experience in line with health, safety, and hygiene standards. Your responsibilities include: bartending, maintaining cleanliness in food and bar areas, providing excellent customer service, serving customers and assisting with menu choices and orders.

    Key Responsibilities:

  • Interacting with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking drink and food orders
  • Ensuring cleanliness and organization in food and bar areas
  • Providing a welcoming and efficient dining experience for customers
  • Handling customer inquiries and resolving concerns promptly
  • Processing customer payments accurately
  • Following health and safety procedures
  • Oversee aspects of the bistro, including bartending, and food service
  • Requirements:

  • Previous experience in the service sector
  • Experience in using till/EPOS systems and handling cash transactions
  • Knowledge of food safety procedures and basic hygiene practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well in a team and manage time effectively
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment
