- Interacting with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking drink and food orders
- Ensuring cleanliness and organization in food and bar areas
- Providing a welcoming and efficient dining experience for customers
- Handling customer inquiries and resolving concerns promptly
- Processing customer payments accurately
- Following health and safety procedures
- Oversee aspects of the bistro, including bartending, and food service
- Previous experience in the service sector
- Experience in using till/EPOS systems and handling cash transactions
- Knowledge of food safety procedures and basic hygiene practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team and manage time effectively
