    Technical Leadership:
    Provide expert guidance and leadership in the design, development, and optimization of Planetary Roller Screw.

    • Research and Development:

    Product Design:

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design Planetary Roller Screw tailored to meet specific project requirements, ensuring alignment with quality standards and industry regulations.


    • Prototype Development: Provide technical support to internal teams and clients, offering insights and recommendations to address complex engineering challenges.
    • Prepare detailed technical documentation, including design specifications, test reports, and performance evaluations, to ensure comprehensive project documentation.
    • Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in Planetary Roller Screw design and manufacturing, and incorporate findings into product development processes.
    Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience in Planetary Roller Screw design, development, and optimization, preferably in a precision engineering environment.
