    Join Cardino, a German startup launched in 2022 that's making waves in the used EV market. By facilitating easier buying and selling of used electric vehicles, we're not just driving commerce but also propelling the energy transition toward sustainability. Our elite team hails from Berlin's startup scene with experience at McKinsey, BCG, Rocket Internet, Razor Group, Cosuno, Delivery Hero, HeyCar, and Auto1.

    Join Cardino as an Account Manager focusing on our Danish market. Be a part of a team committed to extending our impact in Scandinavia and promoting sustainable transportation solutions.

    Tasks


    As a Partnerships Associate at Cardino, you will gain an invaluable insider's perspective into the workings of a disruptive startup. Your key responsibilities will include:

    • Scouting and acquiring potential partnerships for Cardino through active outreach via E-mail, LinkedIn, Phone, etc.
    • Designing attractive affiliate models that will bring value to Cardino and our potential partners
    • Conducting market research and categorizing industry leading players
    • Becoming key contact person to all existing partners and strengthening our relationship with them
    • Analyzing performance to evaluate the measures implemented
    • Managing the implementation of the partnership integrations (working closely with Product, Marketing)
    • Documenting learnings and processes related with our Partners
    • You will be working closely with our Growth Manager in order to bring our partnership channel to the next level

    • Top stakeholder management skills - Go the extra mile for our partners, so they will go it for us
    • Great market analysis skills that will allow you to never miss an opportunity to grow our business via partnership channels
    • Creativity and innovation to come up with out-of-the-box solutions and integrations
    • Analytical skills - Identify where we can provide value to our partners and they to us
    • German is your native language and you are fluent in English which is our company language
    • You are comfortable with multitasking and talking on the phone to potential partners
    • You are an organized person
