    Your Administrative tasks include:

    • Processing customer orders, maintaining master data, invoicing, and corrections
    • Managing BackOffice tasks such as fleet management, travel organization, mail processing, and providing administrative support to sales
    • Purchasing office supplies, cleaning materials, and other work tools
    • Multitasking with a passion and being the first point of contact for customers, guests, and colleagues
    • Managing and organizing meeting rooms, ensuring timely preparation (e.g., beverages, etc.)
    • Assisting in general office organization

    Your qualifications:

    • Completed commercial training or equivalent further education, with at least two years of relevant work experience
    • Very good commercial knowledge and understanding of processes and dependencies
    • Structured and clear way of working, hands-on mentality, and positive mindset
    • Reliability, stress resistance, team-oriented with a broad perspective
    • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
    • German at C1 level and English at B2 level
    • Experience with MS Dynamics 365 (Customer Relationship Management)
