    They are seeking a committed Quality Manager to join their team at the earliest opportunity. In this role, you will be tasked with implementing their quality strategy and ensuring adherence to quality standards throughout the organization. Leading internationally dispersed departments covering parts, design, testing, product quality, and quality management, you will spearhead projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing quality, cost efficiency, and overall effectiveness.

    For experienced professionals with a background in electronics and software, coupled with a keen focus on quality, there exists the potential for advancement to the position of Head of Quality from this role.

    Key responsibilities include:

    • Executing the quality strategy
    • Achieving quality objectives across parts, design, and product quality domains
    • Enhancing the efficiency of the existing quality management system
    • Successfully navigating customer and certification audits
    • Overseeing product quality across development and production sites in Germany and China

    Requirements:

    • Several years of management experience in the field of electronics and software or as a quality manager with experience in the field of electronics and software
    • Experience in leading international teams
    • Must have an accredited University degree in engineering
    • Proven experience in the field of electronics and software
    • Knowledge of statistical methods (Minitab) is preferable
    • High level of communication skills in German and English
