- Act as the connection between Value Engineering and the business unit(s)
- Oversee the Master Priority List and Rationalized Roadmap for assigned portfolio(s)
- Manage key projects as a project manager
- Lead cross-functional Daily Management for End of Life and Value Engineering projects
- Supervise the End of Life project funnel to ensure seamless project completion without affecting production lines
- Bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering fields with over 5 years of experience OR Master's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering fields with a minimum of 3 years of experience OR Doctoral degree in the relevant field with 0-2 years of experience
- Familiarity with design and development processes
- Proficiency in product risk control and requirement management
- PMP certification or equivalent
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Fluency in German is essential, while good English communication skills are necessary
- Experience in a medical regulated environment or in a regulated setting
- Capability to multitask and operate independently, seeking guidance in complex scenarios
