Join us and shape the future of mobility with us We are looking for a Product Owner (d/f/m) Mobility-as-a-Service to join our team. Your tasks in this role will include Your Tasks

You are responsible for the accurate implementation of new features for our Mobility-as-a-Service platform, aiming to excite our broad customer base. For this, you collaborate closely with the Product Manager and the Delivery Manager to understand and execute the product vision and project requirements.

You take over requirement tickets from the Product Management and Delivery backlog into development planning, and coordinate the technical implementation of requirements with the development teams.

You maintain the product backlog with priorities defined by product management and clarify requirements in detail with all involved stakeholders.

You work closely with the development teams to ensure that requirements are clearly understood and efficiently implemented.

You plan and coordinate the bi-weekly sprints in collaboration with the Delivery Manager, including setting sprint goals and distributing tasks among the various developer groups.

You conduct regular reviews and retrospectives to continuously improve the development process. To support this process, an Agile Coach is available to work with you on developing the tools and methodologies used.

You communicate with all relevant stakeholders to ensure that the product goals and requirements are understood and met.

Your Profil

Completed degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

You bring several years of proven professional experience as a Product Owner, ideally in an agile environment. Additionally, you have gained experience in software development yourself.

You possess in-depth knowledge of agile methods, ideally certified with relevant certifications.

You have excellent organizational skills, as well as the ability to prioritize and multitask in a dynamic environment.

You have a solid understanding of technologies and platforms relevant to software platforms, as well as the ability to grasp technical concepts and communicate effectively with development teams. Experience in Mobility-as-a-Service (MaaS) or related areas of the mobility industry is a significant advantage.

You have excellent communication skills, including the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and comprehensibly. Fluent English and German language skills are required.
