- First point of contact for suppliers and employees for all EHS related Topics
- Occupational Health Training and information to employees and Suppliers
- Responsible for monitoring and arranging all mandatory recurring checks, audits etc.
- Plan, arrange and document quarterly Occupational H&S meetings (ASA)
- Vendor management
- First Point of contact for suppliers and employees for office related topics
- Coordination of internal office moves
- Creation and receipt of purchase orders in SAP/Ariba
- Back-up for carfleet administration
- Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience in building/office management and/or H&S functions
- Nice to have: certification as safety officer and fire protection officer
- Commercial or technical education (Optional: Degree (Bachelor)- Business Administration, Real Estate Management, Facilities Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture or similar)
- Confident handling of common MS Office applications, especially Excel

Our Workplace and Facilities Management team plays a pivotal role in creating and delivering a positive and successful employee experience across our real estate portfolio.
