    Project Director -Germany
    The project director [working closely with our senior management team] will be reasonable for developing and starting up our operations in LST in the Greater German area. The role will cover Life science but will have a specific focus on advanced tech. The Project Director will report into the Regional Director responsible for the sector. The ideal candidate will have the following attributes.

    You will:
  • Ensure that all aspects of quality, the environment and progress are in accordance with the contracted, internal and regulatory requirement.
  • Manage employee resources, including cover for site when staff are on annual leave or training.
  • Review constructability and identify methods of execution with commercial or program advantage where possible.
  • Communicate with BU MD/Regional Managers and advise the contract team of any potential legal, IR, safety, environmental, technical or construction items as require.
  • Monitor interim accounts and payments with QS and ACCS, progress and profitability of the contract and report with the contract team at the monthly cost meetings.
  • Monitor with QS Final Account and Loss and Expense negotiations. Apply cost-benefit analysis to all activities, estimates and forecasts overall cost.
  • You will have:
  • Fluent English and German
  • Industrial and construction sector at senior level
  • Experience working in advanced technology [semi-conductor, Giga factory or similar] .
  • Experience working with the top tier Clients.
  • Experience working within the life science sector.
  • Working at a senior level within a top tier contractor of Construction management team
  • Wide knowledge of the Client and supply chain base within Germany
  • Degree qualified in a engineering or other related discipline .
  • Ability to manage self and associated team to deliver requirements .
