- Source and screen candidates to fill open positions in Europe, including Country Manager, Sales, Marketing, Product, Service, TS, etc.
- Design, plan and execute selection processes, improve the candidate experience.
- Develop strategies and plans for talent acquisition, perform analysis of hiring needs and provide employee hiring forecast.
- Identify profiles of the potential talents from peer companies in accordance with business growth and hiring needs.
- Follow HR/TA policies and use HRIS to manage the recruiting process.
- Provide suggestion to the hiring department and negotiate competitive offer packages.
- Manage posts on job boards, such as LinkedIn and other channels.
- Plan employee referral programs.
- Promote the company's brand awareness.
- Bachelor or above degrees, preferably in human resources, psychology, or similar disciplines.
- At least 3 years of working experience as Talent Acquisition, headhunter, or a similar role in HR related field. Previous experience in the PV inverter industry is preferred, but not a necessity.
- Ability to work independently and focused in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- A collaborative mindset and enjoy working with others and developing strong partnerships.
- Quick learner with a desire to increase knowledge in the clean-tech industry.
- Fluent English is a must. German or other language is preferred.
- Self-motivated and performance driven.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Can-do attitude and hands-on mindset.
- Proactive, dynamic, solution and customer oriented.
