- Ein natur- oder ingenieurwissenschaftliches Studium erfolgreich abgeschlossen
- Mindestens 5 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung, davon mindestens 3 Jahre in einer Führungsrolle, bevorzugt im Bereich der Medizintechnik
- Freude am Führen, Entwickeln und Coachen von Menschen
- Persönliche Stärken im Bereich Systems-Engineering und Entwicklungsmethodik
- Übergreifende Technologiekompetenz in den Gebieten Optik, optische Messtechnik, Mechanik, Elektronik und SW
- Eine ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung
- Ein sehr gutes Applikationsverständnis im Bereich der Kataraktchirurgie oder das Interesse und die Fähigkeit, sich dieses sehr schnell anzueignen
- Eine analytische Arbeitsweise und ausgeprägtes Qualitätsbewusstsein
- Durchsetzungsvermögen und sehr gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Bereitschaft zu gelegentlicher Reisetätigkeit

Als Head of R&D Biometrie / Leiter der R&D Biometrie verantworten Sie die Umsetzung der Entwicklungsprojekte für die gesamte Produktfamilie und tragen daher gemeinsam mit Ihrem Team wesentlich zum Erfolg des Unternehmens bei.
