- Identification of the valves to be repaired and determination of damage and missing parts.
- Dismantling and cleaning of the valves and spare parts.
- Creation of the parts lists required for the cost estimate and definition of the work processes for the internal repair in consultation with the supervisor.
- Assembly of various add-on parts, piping, control parts and handwheel assembly.
- Checking the individual components and test run of the systems.
- Carrying out quality assurance based on inspection plans as well as the completion notification of the assembly in SAP.
- 24-hour on-call service divided into the team, approx. every 4-5 weeks according to plan.
- Customer assembly service and repair work.
- HS Diploma/GED.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience.
- Training as an industrial mechanic or mechatronics technician
- Knowledge and experience of parts of the product range.
- Class B driving license.
- Teamwork and resilience.
- English knowledge is an advantage.
