- Working in car repair customer service regarding diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems including engines, transmissions, braking systems, and electronics via telephone.
- Respond to all calls, e-mails, and requests for technical counselling and remote diagnosis.
- Analyse technical problems with cars, commercial and heavy transportation vehicles (LGV/HGV) of all brands and provide technical assistance to customers.
- Follow defined work instructions for all possible types of mechanical incidents.
- Track all incidents in our system and maintain the FAQ and knowledge database.
- Explore the option to work in the office or remote.
- Education: Completed education as a mechanic, mechatronics engineer, automotive mechatronics technician (mechanics and/or electronics), automotive service technician or country equivalent certificate necessary
- Experience and Know-how: experience working in workshops with cars and/or LGV/HGV
- Languages: written and verbal communication skills in English as well as fluent and professional speaker level in Polish, Czech, DutchorDanish required
- Personality: service and solution focused
