We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales Specialist to develop and maintain our distributor network in Europe and drive sales of our core products.

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales Specialist to develop and maintain our distributor network in Europe and drive sales of our core products.

You will be a vital bridge connecting us to the Europen medical market, employing professional sales strategies to successfully introduce our leading products, such as medical refrigerators, operating room smart medication management cabinets, surgical pack storage cabinets, and high-value consumable storage cabinets, to major hospitals and medical institutions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute effective sales plans, utilizing a combination of distributor and direct sales channels, to meet or exceed assigned sales quotas.
  • Proactively explore new market opportunities and customer segments, focusing on hospital operating rooms, pharmacies, clinical departments, and supply management centers.
  • Conduct professional product presentations, demonstrations, and technical training for distributors and end-users (e.g., Hospital Directors, Head Nurses, Procurement Departments).
  • Establish and maintain long-term, stable relationships with distributors and end-users, promptly understanding and responding to their needs.
  • Gather market trends, competitor information, and customer feedback to support the company's regional market strategy development.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of sales experience in the medical device industry in Europe.
  • Must have sales experience in at least one of the following areas: High-Value Consumables (e.g., orthopedics, cardiovascular, interventional consumables), Medical Small Equipment (e.g., infusion pumps, patient monitors, syringe pumps), Proven success in distributor development and management.
  • Experience selling Operating Room Equipment (e.g., anesthesia machines, surgical lights/tables, ceiling pendants).
  • Experience selling Medical Refrigerators for clinical departments or related temperature-controlled storage equipment.
  • Familiarity with the business processes and decision-making chains of hospital operating rooms, pharmacies, and central sterile supply departments.

Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong self-motivation and ability to work independently, adaptable to frequent travel.
  • Customer-centric problem-solving ability.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
  • Fluent in Spanish (working language). English or Chinese language skills are a plus.
