Tasks:

Splicing fibre optic cables in joints and distribution systems

Laying cable routes and pulling in cables

Carrying out and interpreting final measurements and measurement results

Measuring and rectifying cable faults

Documenting the activities carried out and complying with quality standards, environmental protection and occupational safety

Performance-orientated and independent handling of installation projects

Qualifications

Ideally completed vocational training in electrical / communication technology, as a telecommunications fitter (m/f/d)

or alternatively many years of professional experience in fibre optic installation

Willingness to develop professionally

Experience in project business an advantage

At least national willingness to travel

Driving licence at least class B

Co-operative, independent working style, flexibility and ability to work under pressure

Physical fitness and ability to work at heights

Good written and spoken German B2
