Our client, a reputable Private Equity fund in Germany, is seeking a Management Associate to join their portfolio company, an ERP Solutions Provider.

Role Summary:

As a management associate supporting the CEO, CFO, and COO, you will play a pivotal role in driving the strategic leadership and operational management of the company. We seek an individual with experience in operations, portfolio management, or consulting, who is willing to engage in hands-on projects, collaborate with diverse teams, build enduring work relationships, and is open to travelling.

Key Qualifications and Skills:

• Demonstrated ability to provide strategic direction and leadership in a dynamic business environment, with a focus on driving growth and operational excellence. 3-4 years of professional experience. Background: VC, Portfolio Management of PE backed companies, management consulting but with experience of working in operational frameworks
• Proven track record of successfully leading complex projects, such as post-merger integrations, with a hands-on approach to planning, execution, and delivery
• Holds a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or Information Technology.
• Fluent in both German and English.
• knowledge of Software Industry would be a plus, but is not a must.
