- Support Senior Architect: Assist the Senior Architect in planning and designing processes, tools, and measures for detecting and handling IT security incidents, as well as in developing CDC services.
- Enhance Monitoring and Analysis: Improve existing monitoring and analysis methods and introduce new analytical techniques for threat detection, tracking, analyzing, and documenting events to ensure protection against potential threats.
- Establish Protection Measures: Manage the implementation of new protection measures based on the threat catalog.
- Process Development: Introduce, develop, and update CDC processes and procedures.
- Design Response Measures: Design measures and tools for identifying and responding to cyber-attacks.
- Advise on IT Support: Provide guidance on the selection, implementation, and configuration of IT support for the CDC.
- Profile Development: Develop and update profiles as a basis for identifying security incidents. Conduct regular performance analyses of use cases and align goals with the current threat landscape and compliance requirements.
- Incident Response Plans: Develop incident response plans (playbooks, standard operating procedures) to support security analysts in responding to IT security incidents.
- Lessons Learned Management: Manage the handling of lessons learned within the CDC.
- Support Outsourcing: Assist the Operational Provider Manager in outsourcing CDC services and expanding and improving them.
- Supplier Interface Design: Support the Operational Provider Manager in designing the interface with suppliers of CDC services.
- Product Management Support: Collaborate with product management in designing new CDC products.
- Security Engineering: Enhance the resilience of the entire infrastructure through security engineering.
- Proactive and Reactive Recommendations: Advise decision-makers on proactive and reactive processes and measures for operational security.
- Engage Specialist Departments: Demand involvement of specialist departments in the design, introduction, and implementation of operational security measures.
- Update Measures: Continuously update measures to address the threat landscape of FI-TS and improve response capabilities, considering supervisory and regulatory innovations.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement of CDC processes and the expansion of interfaces offered to customers regarding operational IT security and transparency.
- Must-Have:
- Extensive IT knowledge in data center operations.
- Knowledge of IT Security First Line's working methods and processes.
- Knowledge of IT Security Second Line's guidelines and processes.
- Selfmanagement and good communication skills.
- Experience in negotiating with customers.
- IT security service delivery for banks.
- Understanding of outsourcing requirements according to BAIT and MaRisk.
- Wellversed in IT topics, particularly in coordination and alignment roles.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience.
- Experience as a SOC Architect at Level 3.
- Practical experience in SOC setup, management, and optimization.
- Germanspeaking (B2 level or higher).
