- Implementing and evolving the company's strategy in collaboration with our managing directors in international branches
- Developing tailored international sales strategies and creating a growth roadmap for both organic and inorganic (M&A) initiatives
- Initiating and leading the development of new business opportunities
- Generating profitable new business
- Creating business plans
- Expanding the global network and optimizing our sales processes
- Market and competition monitoring, conducting market analysis
- Collaborating closely with headquarters and branch functions
- Completed university degree in a business-related field such as business engineering, business administration, or similar
- Several years of sales experience in technical solutions sales (IT network technology, structured cabling, copper/fiber optics, computer accessories), preferably with leadership responsibilities
- Experience in branch development
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking
- Excellent written and verbal English skills
- Proactive, goal-oriented, independent, and structured work approach
- Negotiation skills and high level of customer orientation
- Openness to using proactive lead generation tools
- High IT affinity with excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel, Navision, and various CRM solutions
- Good vendor-independent product knowledge in the IT, data network, and component areas is desirable
