Job Description:

• You are a specialist in financing private real estate and advise both existing and new customers on all products related to real estate, closing relevant contracts.
• You will also be responsible for mediating real estate financing (multi-product/transparency consultation).
• Your clients will include private customers from various distribution channels, and your advice will be process-oriented, structured, and holistic at a high level.
• You will tailor financing and insurance models to the individual needs of your clients based on their current situation.
• You will provide a clear opinion as part of the decision-making process, while also identifying and capitalizing on cross-selling opportunities in dialogue.
• Collaboration with specialized professionals in areas like insurance, real estate brokerage, and management will be part of your role.
• You will focus on strengthening the relationship between customers and the savings bank through dialogs and cooperation with customer advisors, as real estate financing is crucial for customer retention.
• You will integrate sustainability into your consultations with clients.

We are looking for you if:

• You enjoy providing solution-oriented advice and building long-term, trust-based relationships with diverse clients.
• You have a strong sense of responsibility and are used to acting independently and responsibly.
• You are proactive, persistent in pursuing your goals, and enjoy sales activities.
• You have completed a Bank Specialist qualification along with additional qualifications in real estate financing.
• You have several years of successful professional experience and in-depth knowledge in advising on private real estate financing or ideally in real estate financing mediation (platform business), as well as good regional market and industry knowledge.
