Job summary
Assist in implementing the Outsourcing & Procurement Policy for Outsourcing Management, Controlling and Reporting. This role supports TPRA Pre-Assessments as well as collection of Third Party inputs and TPRA sign-off processes.Monitor invoices track SLA compliance log results in the monitoring cockpit. Support monthly Third-Party Reporting TPRR and upload evidence.Coordinate communicate with Business Third Parties Procurement Sourcing Control Functions Acquire strong analytical skills accuracy data reporting German proficiency at C1 or above English proficiency Strong stakeholder communication presentation skills High level regulatory awareness ensuring solutions remain compliant outsourcing procurement risk requirements Strong sense of responsibility integrity reliability multi-stakeholder environment Collaborative mindset balancing business needs regulatory expectations operational realities Benefits Home office budget Learning development budget competitive salary variable remunerations program Monthly meal allowance Deutschland ticket subsidy Vacation days increasing after years Opportunity work abroad weeks year
