- Planning, installing, and administrating IT environments (e.g. Windows and/or Linux)
- Contributing to the administration of virtual servers (e.g. VM-Ware ESX and/or Microsoft Hyper-V)
- Assisting in the configuration, installation, and operation of various server applications
- Monitoring/compliance with IT security policies, as well as supporting users with IT issues
- Assisting in the configuration and installation of hardware components (storage systems etc.)
- Documenting in the ticket system, carrying out fault analysis, and providing corresponding support complete your tasks
- Successfully completed education or degree in the field of IT
- Experience in managing server systems on Windows Server and/or Linux basis (RedHat, Ubuntu)
- Knowledge of scripting via Powershell and/or Bash, server virtualization, and working with web and application servers (Apache HTTP and Tomcat servers)

- You have a responsible work approach and a high level of customer orientation
- Your German and English language skills, both written and verbal, round off your profile
