We're looking for a Marketing Specialist (m/f/d) to join us at the earliest possible starting date.

As a key player in our marketing efforts in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, you'll closely work with the local Marketing Manager and the EMEA Marketing Team on the planning, execution, and management of marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and special initiatives to promote the company's products and brand. Key Responsibilities:

Brand Stewardship: Ensure cultural compliance of global campaigns and product communication.
Campaigns Management: Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including creating marketing deliverables such as key visuals, social content and promotional materials
Channel Marketing: Develop tailored marketing assets for e-tail, retail and do-it-yourself stores
Digital Marketing: Help to manage the company's digital presence, including the local transcreations for website, social media, and e-tail customers
Collateral Development: Create and maintain marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, presentations, and product documentation
Event Coordination: Develop, plan and execute of marketing events, trade shows, webinars
Agency Management: Create briefings, ensure a high-quality project management and reporting
Scheduling & Organization: Maintain marketing calendars, timelines, and project schedules

Your profile

A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
Strong communication and organizational skills
Communication-oriented collaboration style
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
Familiarity with common marketing tools
Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media best practices
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Business Fluency in German & English is a must-have. Any other languages are a plus.
