    Your new role as a Team Leader (m/f/d) - Customer Service Department - Product Group Personnel Management:

    • Lead our customer service team in 2nd level support for the Personnel Management product line and be responsible for advising our users.
    • Utilize your digital expertise to assist your team and customers with technical challenges while driving process digitization forward.
    • Take charge of organizing training and services sales, as well as designing training programs for your team.
    • Contribute to enhancing the service quality and customer experience of our software products and play a key role in implementing strategic decisions in your product area.
    • Effectively communicate with internal departments and develop innovative concepts for our customer service.
    • Be a trailblazer in change processes and actively contribute to reshaping AKDB with your creative and innovative ideas.

    Your profile:

    • Possess solid knowledge of labor law, municipal salary, and payroll accounting.
    • Demonstrate relevant leadership experience, ideally in the service-based industry.
    • Be enthusiastic about serving as an internal role model and proudly representing AKDB externally.
