    To accomplish our mission, we are looking for an experienced People Partner (m/f/d) in Düsseldorf who will partner with senior leaders of our Tech, Product and, Marketing divisions on a global level to design and deliver a proactive, customer-focused people strategy in line with strategic business goals.

    This role will be supported by our global Centres of Excellence to ensure consistent delivery of HR best practice:
    Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, HR Operations, and Talent & Development.

    Review and analyse business metrics including data on retention and employee engagement in order to recommend systemic improvements.

    • Partner with leaders to develop the talent strategy needed to support our growth and build a work environment where employees can thrive and grow.
    • Work closely with specialist central HR teams, as well as matrixed site and international HR colleagues, keep the right focus on assessing the HR needs in areas such as performance management, talent acquisition, career development, diversity, and compensation/rewards.
    • Partner with the talent acquisition team to build systemic and scalable recruiting programs to create a sustainable pipeline of talent.
    Fluency in German and English
