    Amber Renewables is currently supporting one of the longest standing German renewable energy companies in finding a German based Wind Project Manager.

    As a leading developer, builder and operator of renewable energy projects across Europe they are playing a pivotal role in the energy transition and contributing to climate security on a massive scale.

    They are currently active in over 31 countries worldwide and with a portfolio of over 6.6GW in wind parks globally, they are one of the largest producers of renewable energy globally.

    As a Wind Project Manager, you will be at the forefront of our mission, leading the development and execution of wind farm projects in Germany.

    From project inception to completion, you will play a pivotal role in guiding projects towards approval and readiness for construction.

    Your expertise in project management, risk analysis, and stakeholder coordination will be vital in ensuring the success of our initiatives.


    Key Responsibilities:
    Manage sub-projects within German wind farm developments, overseeing activities to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.
    Conduct thorough analysis of project risks and implement strategies to mitigate potential challenges.

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions for project implementation, ensuring adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.

    Create wind farm configurations and documentation for approval processes, maintaining accuracy and compliance throughout.

    Act as a representative of the project and [Insert Company Name] in public forums, fostering positive relationships with stakeholders and communities.

    Consider the interests of authorities, landowners, municipalities, and citizens throughout the project lifecycle, addressing concerns and promoting transparency.

    The Ideal candidate will have:

    Above-average degree completion in a natural, mathematical, or engineering discipline.
    Previous professional experience in renewable energy is advantageous, though recent graduates are also encouraged to apply.
    Demonstrated ability to work with autonomy and structure, adapting quickly to evolving project dynamics.
    Strong sense of responsibility and excellent communication skills, capable of fostering collaboration and driving consensus among stakeholders.
    Proven ability to maintain an overview of complex projects, even in fast-paced and dynamic environments.
