Erfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung (idealerweise PHP / Web-Stack / APIs)
Sehr gutes technisches Verständnis und Freude daran, komplexe Themen verständlich zu erklären
Erfahrung mit OXID eShop oder mit E-Commerce-Systemen
Fähigkeit, technische Inhalte klar zu vermitteln – schriftlich, visuell oder in kurzen Videos
Strukturierte, selbstständige Arbeitsweise und Teamgeist
Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
Tätigkeiten
Aufbau von praxisnahen Beispielen, Demo-Setups und technischen Anleitungen des OXID eShop
Installation, Test und Analyse von OXID-Systemen und Erweiterungen zur nachvollziehbaren Vermittlung
Verständliche Aufbereitung technischer Themen in Dokumentation, Tutorials, kurzen Videos oder Präsentationen
Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung technischer Inhalte rund um OXID eShop, Module und APIs sowie Unterstützung bei deren strukturierten und effizienten Bereitstellung
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den technischen und kaufmännischen Abteilungen
Technische Begleitung von Features und Releases sowie deren verständliche Vermittlung für Entwickler, Partner und Kunden
Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung eines strukturierten Wissensbereichs für Entwickler, Partner und Kunden inkl. Nutzung neuer Medien
Fachlicher Austausch mit Kunden und Partnern zu technischen Themen
Nutzung moderner Tools, einschließlich KI-basierter Unterstützung, zur effizienteren Erstellung technischer Inhalte
