Role description
The Group Legal & Compliance department is looking for a working student to support driving the Privacy Governance through Ardagh jurisdictions. You will be working directly with and under the supervision of our Group Data Privacy Counsel. If you think out of the box and are looking for an international experience in the privacy field with a diverse team, you found the right opportunity.
Responsibilities:
• Support the Group Data Privacy Counsel in implementing the Privacy Governace through all jurisdictions where Ardagh is located
• Aid in the preparation and review of data processing agreements, guidance, policies and procedures and other legal documents related to privacy
• Assist in maintaining accurate records of privacy documentation and data processing activities and responding to data subject requests
• Assist in the implementation of privacy training programs for employees
• Engage in ongoing privacy education on emerging data privacy trends, laws, and industry best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integration of privacy considerations in business processes and projects
• Contribute to the overall Group Legal & Compliance department objectives as needed
