Salary :
€210,000, with a 30% bonus on base salary

This role is instrumental in leading a large team of 140 Cloud & AI professionals, overseeing a multitude of projects, and ensuring the successful delivery of innovative solutions in a dynamic environment.

Experience in managing full lifecycle and greenfield projects is highly desirable.

Lead and inspire a diverse team of 140 professionals, including technical architects, engineers, and data scientists, to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.

Manage a portfolio of projects across various domains, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic priorities.

Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand project requirements, define technical strategies, and provide guidance on the implementation of cloud and AI solutions.

Oversee resource allocation and staffing headcounts for projects, ensuring adequate skill sets are available to meet project demands.
Monitor project performance metrics and KPIs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.

Proven track record of success in leading large technical teams and managing complex projects, preferably within a high-growth environment.

Extensive experience in cloud computing and artificial intelligence, with expertise in leading full lifecycle and greenfield projects.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire teams at all levels of the organization.
