Deine Aufgaben Als Business Development Manager - B2B Konferenzen (m/w/d) erwarten dich folgende Aufgaben:
    • Überzeuge Entscheidungsträger von Weltmarktführern & Hidden Champions von unseren Live und digital stattfindenden B2B Konferenzen mit Schwerpunkten wie autonomes Fahren, Enterprise AI, Digitale Transformation und Softwareentwicklung
    • Entwickle maßgeschneiderte Lösungen für die Bedürfnisse unsere Kunden & Entscheider und berate sie bei der Auswahl der passenden Veranstaltungen.
    • Betreue unsere Entscheider vor, während und nach den Veranstaltungen und baue den Netzwerk aus. Attraktives Gehaltspaket Euro).
    • Strukturierter Karriereplan für die ersten 24 Monate
    • Eine hochwertige Ausbildung zum Sales Manager mit zahlreichen Trainings von unserem kompetenten Managementteam mit mehr als 20 Jahren Erfahrung im Sales & Key Account Management
    • Aktive Unterstützung durch einen erfahrenen Kollegen oder Kollegin (Buddy) während der Einarbeitungsphase.
    • Einstieg in ein internationales Team mit über 32 Nationalitäten bei Kununu's Top Company 2023 und 2024 Arbeitgeber in Deutschland Dein Profil Um erfolgreich zu sein, solltest du Folgendes mitbringen:
    • Hochschulabschluss in (u.a.) BWL, Kommunikation, Geisteswissenschaften oder überrasche uns im Quereinstieg
    • Motivation, exzellente Kommunikations- und Überzeugungsfähigkeiten sowie eine kundenorientierte Persönlichkeit.
    • Nice to Have:
    • Erste Erfahrungen im Vertrieb oder Kundenmanagement, idealerweise im B2B-Bereich.
    • Kenntnisse in Kampagnenmanagement, Vertriebs- und Projektmanagement-Tools.
