- Support the required data interfaces
- Ensure data preparation and transfer in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications
- Create reports and presentations of the analysed data
- Advise and propose improvements based on the analysed data
- Support and assist the CEMD team (first level) in the Call Center
- Support the creation of web manuals
- Maintain the content of KuZu in the partner network
- Knowledge of statistical analysis methods and data visualization techniques
- Analytical way of thinking
- Ability to work, plan and organize independently and responsibly
- Proficiency of written and spoken English; Spanish or German language desirable
- Customer and service orientated mindset
- Good PC skills (Microsoft Office)
