    What you will do

    We hire to support our User Experience Design team with communications and editorial activities. You would get:

    • a basic understanding of the Cloud ERP products and design work,
    • an insight into our communication strategy and challenges, and
    • to be involved in the creation of an internal product communication strategy.
    • You would support us with:
    • planning and executing our product communication activities,
    • co-writing our success stories,
    • setting up and operating a content management system,
    • creating and maintaining organizational communication channels in MS Teams and SharePoint, and
    • collecting material and media that can help evangelize and show the value of UX internally.

    What you bring

    • Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
    • Preferred fields of study: Technical Writing and Information- or Communication-Design, Communication Sciences, Online Editor, Technical Editor, Social Media Management or similar suitable.
    • Computer skills: Microsoft Office tools including SharePoint and any content management systems.
    • Language skills: fluent in English, German as a plus.
    • Soft skills: good communication and presentation skills especially in writing in English, good project management capabilities, organized, able to work independently with some direction, great service mentality.

    Meet your team

    Our team is principally responsible for implementing good user experience for all SAP's Cloud ERP products. Cloud ERP UX as organization is dedicated to the improvement of user experience for all our Cloud ERP products (incl. SAP S/4HANA) and we are known as a lighthouse organization for our collaborative, "people first" culture

    Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.

    This is a SAP global, strategic, paid working student position that provides students with opportunities to find purpose in their careers.
