- IT-Affinität: Sie müssen kein Qualtrics-Experte sein, bringen aber eine hohe Motivation mit, sich tief in neue Tools und datenfokussierte Themen einzuarbeiten.
- Exzellente Excel-Kenntnisse: Sicherer Umgang mit Pivot-Tabellen, komplexen Formeln, Datenvalidierung sowie dem Abgleich und Zusammenführen großer CSV-Dateien (Encoding,Trennzeichen.Plusibilitätschecks).
