- Project management for the certification of offshore wind projects.
- Preparation, management and submission of tender documents for prequalification and bidding.
- Development and tracking of project plan (scope, schedule, cost).
- Planning and coordinating tasks, services and resources.
- Central point of contact for the customer and the project team.
- Interface coordination within the project team.
- Proper project reporting, preparing and coordinating stakeholder meetings.
- Ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Project follow-up and analysis.
- Several years of relevant professional experience as project manager of complex projects, ideally in the offshore wind market and/or in the field of certification/type testing.
- Knowledge of common standards/guidelines for certification of offshore wind turbines.
- General understanding of offshore wind turbine components.
- Ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple long and short term projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with contract terms and preparation of proposals.
- Commitment to high quality standards in all aspects of project delivery.
- Strong organizational, analytical and problem solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities.
- Intercultural competency and experience in projects with international participation.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (English and German).
