Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Partner P2P Controls based in the Greater Hamburg Area, with flexibility for occasional work from home. The role involves driving process improvements, supporting compliance in Procure-to-Pay (P2P) operations, and ensuring alignment with company standards and regulatory requirements. Key responsibilities include monitoring P2P transactions, analyzing financial data, supporting audits, identifying risk areas, and collaborating with relevant stakeholders to implement controls and optimize processes.
Qualifications
- Experience with Procure-to-Pay (P2P) operations and financial process controls
- Strong analytical, data interpretation, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP), reporting tools, and Excel
- Knowledge of audit processes, compliance practices, and risk assessment
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across teams
- Background in finance, business administration, or related field; a bachelor's degree or equivalent is preferred
- Experience in renewable energy or a similar industry is a plus
- Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous
