    Description of services:

    Support in the operation of a groupware solution based on MS Exchange / MS Outlook and Domino.

    Service package

    A: Operational services as part of the IT service lifecycle phase Operations: Incidents, Problems and Changes

    Support services as part of the IT service lifecycle phase operations:

    1. Support in the support process according to incident management:
    a.Analysis and identification of the fault or problems;

    b.Conception of technical solutions and their implementation;

    c.Entry, documentation and tracking in the ticket tool throughout the entire incident process

    d.Identification of recurring problems and conception of technical solutions for future processing and documentation according to Incident Management Process


    2. Activities as part of the continuous improvement process (CIP), to be automated and documented using PowerShell scripts:
    a.Adjustments to documentation and/or the IT systems must be implemented and documented according to specifications, as in the incident process.


    3. Activities within the scope of change management - installation, configuration and documentation of changes to the Exchange and Domino mail systems in accordance with change management.

    a.Installation and configuration

    b.Assignment of tasks and specifications via IT service management tool


    4. Problem management activities – consideration of errors that were not resolved as part of the incident process;

    a.Fault analysis and identification of the problem;

    b.Conception of technical solutions to eliminate problems in the form of troubleshooting and workarounds;

    c.Documentation and tracking in the ticket tool throughout the entire problem management process


    5. Evaluations and tests as part of test management:

    a.Creation of test cases according to already defined processes and/or specified tools;

    b.Processing of test orders

    c.Documentation of the test results as well as anomalies and abnormalities along the entire test management process
    d.Reporting of anomalies and abnormalities

    Service package B: Transformation process as part of the meltdown of legacy systems

    Support services as part of the meltdown of legacy systems:


    1. Analysis and conception of the infrastructure consolidation or core infrastructure:

    a. Consideration and implementation of necessary software and hardware refreshes during implementation measures

    b. Contribution of technical findings to the iterative analysis result of the meltdown of legacy systems


    2. Participation in relevant meetings for internal and external stakeholders on the technical consideration of the phase-out of HCL Notes


    3. Documentation of melting activities:

    a.Development and documentation of specifications in the sense of guard rails (right and left borders) and the goals to be achieved;

    b. Recording, preparing and executing required meltdown activities Notes/Domino operations for the domain of legacy systems

    c.Preparation of concepts and processes for potential deletion of email resources (mailboxes, etc.);

    d.Identification of melting potential in the form of interviews and updating the current melting guide;

    e.Tracking of the provided melting results via holistic reporting while establishing appropriate quality and risk management;

    f.Update of the situation regarding the meltdown of the legacy systems, including updating the price indication and milestone plan



    Qualification requirements:

    1. Language skills: German: Level C1 and English Level B1 - Common European Framework of Reference for Languages ​​GER

    2. Knowledge of architecture and system administration

    Zertifikate: VMware Certified Professionals 6 oder IBM Certified Advanced System Administrator Lotus Notes and Domino oder IBM Certified Database Administrator – DB2 UDB oder Citrix Certified Associate – Virtualization

    3. Certification in ISO IEC 27000 ff or similar (e.g. BSI-Grundschutz)

    4. Certification in IT Service Management ITIL v3 or ITIL 4


    Experience Requirements:

    1. Experience in the administration of IT systems (at least 5 years)

    2. Experience in implementing planned and described IT systems (at least 5 years)

    3. Experience in validating and testing IT systems (at least 5 years)

    4. Experience in dealing with IT management systems (e.g. USU, Maximo, Remedy) (at least 5 years)

    5. Experience with operational project management tools (e.g. JIRA) (at least 5 years)
    6. Creation of architectural concepts for IT systems (e-mail application with additional interfaces to third-party systems) (at least 3 years)
    7. Migration of IT architectures (e-mail application with additional interfaces to third-party systems) (at least 5 years)
    8. Implementation of IT systems (e-mail application with additional interfaces to third-party systems) (at least 5 years)
    9. Experience in Exchange Administration (min. 20,000 users) (min. 3 years)

    10. Experience with Exchange backup solutions (at least 3 years)
    11. Experience in Outlook administration (at least 2 years)
    12. Experience in 2nd level support (at least 5 years)
