Role Purpose:
Lead and deliver the strategic operational management of European Works Council (EWC) activities overseeing Labor & Employee Relations across multiple jurisdictions Ensure full compliance with EU Directive 2009/38/EC all relevant local labour laws while proactively fostering constructive relationships with employee representatives works councils Drive continuous improvement in employee relations EWC effectiveness contributing directly organisational stability positive workplace cultureEWC Governance Compliance
- Serve primary liaison between company leadership EWC representatives ensuring open effective channels communication facilitate mutual understanding trust. ,
- ,Guarantee timely information consultation transnational projects eg restructuring mergers site closures major investments enabling early identification employee concerns smoother project implementation. ,
