Position: Expert (m/f/d) for Revision

Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage, and conduct audits on risk management, overall bank management, and credit operations with a team
• Ensure independent monitoring of relevant business processes in our organization, risk management, and the implementation and auditing of the internal control system
• Independently lead projects and project audits, examining the internal control system to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in the specified areas of inspection
• Follow up on open actions resulting from audits conducted by you
• Communicate regularly with audited departments and their management, and report on audit results
• Assist your department head in the strategic audit planning and timely execution of the annual audit program within your area of responsibility
• Share your knowledge with colleagues and take primary responsibility for certain topics

Requirements:

• Solid experience in auditing banking operations and risk management, preferably in internal audit at financial institutions or auditing firms
• University degree (Diploma or Master's), preferably in the field of business administration with a focus on auditing
• In-depth knowledge of MaRisk, CRR, and RTF guidelines
• Extensive knowledge of legal and regulatory frameworks for audits and the audit area (including MaRisk, KWG, relevant EU laws)
• Ability to prepare complex information in a targeted manner
• Precise and conscientious work ethic, strong numerical understanding, and reliability
