About the Role

• As an industrial clerk at Freudenberg, you will be responsible for managing various commercial tasks, including booking business transactions, preparing quotations, and calculating costs and prices. Proficiency in computer skills is also required.
• Vocational school training will focus on key areas such as business administration, management, and economics, as well as language skills in German, English, and project management.
• During your training, you will participate in practical assignments across different business management areas, including purchasing, logistics, sales, marketing, finance, and human resources.
• Additional training elements will include specialized courses in presentation techniques, IT skills, and language development, as well as team-building activities and international training opportunities.
• Experienced trainers will guide you through each stage of your training, preparing you for success in your future role.

Requirements

• A successful completion of secondary school or high school with strong grades in German, English, and mathematics.
• A keen interest in business processes with an international perspective.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS-Office applications.
• Key personal qualities include initiative, responsibility, independence, teamwork, creativity, flexibility, and a willingness to learn.
