- Lead the Platform and Database Management team, including motivating and guiding 7 IT specialists
- Ensure smooth platform operation
- Lead the team with a hands-on approach
- Practical work in various areas such as Linux, Oracle DB, VMware, Storage, Splunk
- Stay updated on market trends and collaborate with IT architects on new approaches
- Support system implementation and configuration activities
- Coordinate complex system analyses
- Ensure successful completion of audits
- Take on project and sub-project management roles
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Degree in Computer Science or related field
- Several years of professional experience
- Solid practical experience in Linux, Oracle DB, VMware, Storage/SAN, Splunk
