- Technisch-wirtschaftlicher Background: Sie verfügen über ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Energie-, Umwelttechnik oder Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen – idealerweise ergänzt durch einen MBA
- Führungskompetenz: Sie haben bereits Teams oder Organisationseinheiten erfolgreich geleitet und verstehen sich als Coach und Visionär
