    Picnics Supply Chain mit ihrer Just-in time-Lieferung ist wie ein logistisches Puzzle, das zusammengehalten werden möchte. Als Supply Chain Operator im Outbound-Bereich bist du dafür verantwortlich, sicherzustellen, dass unsere Prozesse so reibungslos wie möglich gestaltet werden. Dafür wirst du mit vielen verschiedenen internen Stakeholdern z. B. aus unseren Distribution Centern (DCs), Fulfillment Centern (Zentrallager/"FC"), Last Mile Hubs (Verteilzentren) und externen Stakeholdern (Speditionen) zusammenarbeiten. Da wir mit eigenen In-house-Systemen arbeiten, hast du die Ressourcen, um innovative Verbesserungen innerhalb unserer Supply Chain anzustoßen und in Form von Projekten zu implementieren. Von der Verbesserung des LKW-Füllgrades oder der Reduzierung von Leerlaufzeiten bis hin zu Kurzzeit- oder Langzeit-Projekten - du hilfst dabei, Picnics Operations kontinuierlich zu verbessern.

    Deine Aufgaben

    • Koordiniere Picnics Supply Chain mit Fokus auf unserem Transport-Netzwerk zwischen unseren FCs und Last Mile Hubs
    • Pflege und stärke die logistischen Beziehungen zu unseren Speditionspartnern
    • Verwalte den täglichen "Fahrplan" zwischen unseren einzelnen Picnic Locations
    • Gestalte, implementiere und leite Optimierungsprojekte, um unsere Transportprozesse langfristig verbessern zu können
    • Neben deiner Arbeit von unserem FC, unserem Office in Düsseldorf oder dem Home Office aus wirst du Zeit mit unseren Speditionen in unseren FCs und Last Mile Hubs verbringen, denn hier beginnen und enden unsere Lieferungen

    Über Dich

    • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im kaufmännischen Bereich, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Logistik
    • 0-6 Jahre Erfahrung, idealerweise im Logistik-Umfeld oder ähnlichem
    • Durch dein Planungstalent weißt du, wie du auch in stressigen Situationen einen passenden Lösungsansatz findest
    • Dein selbstbewusstes Auftreten und deine guten Kommunikationsfähigkeiten helfen dir dabei, Probleme und Projekte mit allen involvierten Stakeholdern zu kommunizieren
    • Verfügbarkeit auf Vollzeitbasis und Bereitschaft, in Schichten zu arbeiten (06:00 - 14:30 Uhr; 14:30 - 23:00 Uhr)
    • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
