- Durchführung und Weiterentwicklung des Operation-Controllings, insbesondere für die verschiedenen Lohnfertigungsbereiche
- Schlüsselrolle bei der kennzahlenbasierten Optimierung der Produktionsprozesse zur Reduktion der Herstellungskosten im Sparring mit den Produktionsverantwortlichen
- Durchführung und Optimierung des Projektcontrollings im Anlagenbau
- Unterstützung bei Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen sowie bei der Unternehmensplanung
- Margenanalyse von Kundenprojekten und Produktionsaufträgen
- Aufzeigen von Optimierungspotentialen und Kosteneinsparpotentialen
- Verantwortung für die Standardkostenkalkulationen in SAP
- Durchführung von Wirtschaftlichkeitsrechnungen bei Ersatz- und Erweiterungsinvestitionen
- Monitoring und Bewertung der Vorratsbestände
- Betreuung von IT-Projekten in der Rolle des SAP-Key-Users für das Modul CO
- Vorzugsweise erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium (Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen); alternativ kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung zum Controller möglich
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im operativen Controlling im produzierenden Umfeld
- Sehr gute SAP-Kenntnisse, idealerweise im PS Modul; neben CO möglichst breit gefächert, z.B. in den Modulen MM, PP, PS, SD
- Sicheres, professionelles Auftreten und durchsetzungsstarke Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Souveräner Umgang mit Microsoft Office (Excel und PowerPoint)
- Hohe Zahlenaffinität, unternehmerisches Denken und analytischer Genauigkeit, Hands-on-Mentalität
- Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Reisebereitschaft (ca. 20% im Inland)
